The Schedule
The first day of Boot Camp is Monday, January 14, 2008. We will hold two classes an AM one and a PM one. The AM one meets at 6am and the PM one meets at 5pm. Both meet at my fitness center. Very important: you can't just show up the 1st day - you must register (do that below). And you must go through our Boot Camp evaluation prior to January 14. Schedule your evaluation by calling the fitness center (281-933-8822 or emailing me).

Each time we meet, we'll follow this schedule:

6:00am - 6:05am Warm-up   5:15pm - 5:20pm Warm-up
6:05am - 6:40am Workout   5:20pm - 5:55pm Workout
6:40am - 6:45am Stretch   5:55pm - 6:00pm Stretch


The first day of class (for both sessions): January 14, 2008.
The last day of class (for both sessions): Feburary 22, 2008.

We meet every Monday, Wednesday and Friday until February 22, 2008.
