Schedule
The first day of Boot Camp is Monday, January 14, 2008. We will
hold two classes an AM one and a PM one. The AM one meets at 6am
and the PM one meets at 5pm. Both meet at my fitness center. Very
important: you can't just show up the 1st day - you must register
(do that below). And you must go through our Boot
Camp evaluation prior to January 14. Schedule your evaluation
by calling the fitness center (281-933-8822 or emailing
me).
