You have reached this page because you are interested in training with me, but meeting with me in person is not possible, whether you live on the other side of Houston or the other side of the globe!

You're ready to go and tired of the hype. You want something that will maximize your chance of success. Maybe you're nervous about joining a gym and want to workout at home. Or maybe you have everything you need at home and just don't have the desire or time to go to the gym.

Maybe your nervous about hiring just any old personal trainer. Maybe you have a medical condition that would benefit from an exercise program and you just don't know about some of those trainers you've met.

Whatever the case, you've come to the right place. I've been in the fitness industry for 20 years, worked as a research scientist at NASA-JSC, was a college professor, worked with large hospitals in their obesity programs and direct the NPTI Houston program - a school for personal trainers.

In short, I have a wealth of experience in exercise. And you can be sure that whether you have high blood pressure, are type II diabetic, or have high cholesterol, I can safely and surely lead you down a path of weight loss and better health. Even if you're in good health and simply want to tone up and lose 20 pounds, you should feel the same.

Following your personal exercise program, you will

  • Receive a getting started manual that shows you exactly how to read the workouts, use the logging sheets and how to contact me for support.
  • Get a workout program with step-by-step instructions. Each workout will contain cardiovascular activities, weight training and flexibility exercises. All exercises have at least two illustrations, one for the beginning position and one for the ending position. Additionally, each exercise will have text descriptions that "talk" you through performing them. FAQ!

Why should I signp-up for more than one month?
Your body quickly adjusts to new activities. When you perform the same workout over and over, the adjustments your body makes will keep you from getting results. Changing your routine frequently (and it doen'st have to be a major change) keeps your body on it's toes, so to speak, and continously making gains. Financially speaking, you save money if you sign up for 3 months or even one year.

I only have time to workout 3 days per week. Is that okay?
Yes...I said earlier, I will develop your program based on your current fitness abilities and goals. If you can workout everyday, great. If it's only 3 days per week, that's okay too.

I want to lose 50 pounds (or more), can I do that with this program?
Yes you can but don't expect to do it quickly. I'll design a program for you that will take you on a sure course to success. But it won't happen overnight.

What if I'm unsure about performing an exercise. Will there be alternatives included?
First, if you need to contact me, feel free. You get unlimited email support while you are enrolled in this program. Second, most of the exercises and activities have alternatives. These can be to make the exercise easier or harder to do.

I've followed other workouts before and feel pretty comfortable in the gym. I just want a workout program that will help me reach my goals. Will this do that?
Yes,whether you have a specific metabolic condition or just want to get stronger or tone up, your program will be developed specifically to you and your goals.

I have equipment and want to workout at home. Can you do that with this program?
Yes...you can workout anywhere you choose with this program - at home, on the road traveling or in a fitness center.
