I learn? I learned that embedding the poll inside an email doesn't work. The responses have to come from a webpage. I'm sure it can work through an email, but that brings up the stupid part again and I don't want to go there. So from now on, all polls will require visiting the website to cast your vote. Article! This is a great exercise for many reasons. First, it improves the fast-twitch muscle fibers of your hips. The result is that you can move those hips faster and generate more power in your swing. Second, it improves dynamic flexibility, which loosens up your hips for a greater turn and/or better hip clearance. Third, maintaining an upright spine angle (no slouching) really taxes your postural muscles. This is great over those last few holes. Finally, it’s a form of high-intensity cardio. Don’t believe me, try it for a minute. You can also ask anyone who’s done it, they absolutely love this exercise. Click one of the pictures below to see the video. Below is a text description of the exercise. There are also two photos, showing the starting (right side photo) and ending positions (left side photo). Movement pictures were hard to get, too blurry. So watch the video and then print out the text description and take it with you to the gym (or better yet, come see me for some instruction). Name:
