sign-up for group training at Brian Sekula Fitness Center?
Let me count the ways. There are many benefits to this approach, including:

Results:
as we go through, you'll notice changes in your body. Maybe you will
notice becoming more toned. Maybe you'll start losing weight (how
nice will that feel?) or getting stronger. Or, maybe you'll get some
great news from your doctor - no more meds or something like that!
- Privacy:
Only you and those in the group are allowed in the Vortex Area during
your training time. No other members. No other trainers. No one. Period.
Just us. It's exclusive!
- Individual
Instruction: I know, I know, this is called group training
so how can you get individual instruction. There are only 5 other people
in the group. I'll be watching you closely. If you aren't performing
something properly, I'll be right there to instruct you.
- Saving
Big Bucks: Group training, especially when done this way is
the best approach. Personal trainers can be expensive - particularly
the good ones. In a group setting, everyone shares the cost, yet everyone
gets a great workout. For example, if you trained with me individually,
three times per week, in 35 weeks you'd go right through a 100-session
pack. That's $6000.00. Three times per week in the group session is
just over $2200. A savings of nearly $4,000.00 and you even
get a full year!
- It
makes too much sense: All the savings, a great workout and
the results you want. Who could ask for more...but wait, there is more...

to EARN a gray t-shirt. These shirts aren't free to anyone
who signs up for Group Training. Nope. You, my friend have to earn it!
You have to make significant progress toward your goal. If you want
to lose 20 pounds and lose 2 or less, that doesn't cut it!

you on track: on a monthly basis we'll measure those all important
areas on your body. You know those where all the bad stuff is stored.
Like your hips, thighs, waist, stomach and arms. Lose enough inches
and you may get gray t-shirt. Frequent measurement keeps you, me and
the rest of us on track.
- As a BONUS,
I've started passing out free bottled water for everyone in the group.
Since it's kind of late to stop now :-), water is part of the group
training experience. That's cool with me. If you have a water bottle
in your hand while working out, you will have no opportunity to rest
walking back and forth to the water fountain!
Now
that we've gone over the many benefits (although not all of them), what
are some of the features?
You get choices!
Choose Days, Times and Session Length:
- For Days,
choose from 2 or 3 days per week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Or
you can even pay as you go!
- Times,
we start eary in the morning - before work, so you can be fresh and
ready for a productive day.
- You can
choose from 30-min or 60-min sessions.
Other choices
include payment options and upgrades:
- Payment
options: you can select to Pay as you go..., participate in
our monthly payment plan or pay an annual fee (get 1-mont free!).
- Upgrades
include: membership or smoothie. You are allowed in the fitness
center only during times of your group training, if you're not already
a member. If you'd like to become a member, because you want to do some
cardio on your off-days, you have that choice. You can also get a Smoothie
upgrade and walk out of the door, head to work (or wherever you may
be going) while consuming a healthy breakfast.

There will be no more than 6 people per group. This allows me
the opportunity to make sure you perform the workouts safely and
properly.

All new clients must go through a fitness evaluation
prior to attending the first group training session. Returning
clients may have to go through one too, depending on when I last

MWF sessions are reserved for general fitness conditioning. This
excludes the Golf Fitness Boot Camp held on MWF mornings from
6-7am.
Tuesday,
Thursday and Saturday (TTh & Sat)
TTh & Sat sessions are reserved for golf-specific
conditioning. |

Monthly
Plan: 2 choices
- 2
sessions per week: Allows you to reserve a spot for
any two of the three sessions per week (you choose the sessions).
Two sessions per week gets you eight sessions per month!
- 3
sessions per week: Allows you to reserve your spot
for all three sessions of the week (MWF or TTh and Saturday).
Three sessions per week gets you 12 sessions per month!
