Health Excellence book you will receive. We'll cover various topics (eventually
the whole book) throughout the course. Exercise refers to actual exercise
in the fitness center. We'll be going over your CD workout. Nutrition
is self-explanatory but we will cover readings / assignments from the
Precision Nutrition materials during these times. The topic breakdown,
