We currently
have two newsletters, BSFC Monthly and Brian's Report, 18 Holes of Fitness,
Health, Nutrition and more. We'd love to have you sign up for either or
both of the newsletters. Read on to learn more about the specific newsletters
or to sign-up.
Both newsletters
are published regularly and have advantages for signing up, whether you're
a member of Brian Sekula Fitness Center or not. Each edition will contain
a fitness related article, news updates, product announcements and subscriber

BSFC
Monthly
Debuting July, 2007 this is our Fitness Center newsletter. We'll publish
an official edition each month. Even though the official editions will
be published monthly, we'll send updates on blog postings, news, events
and current promotions.
This is a
great way to keep on top of everything that's going on with the Fitness
Center. The monthly fitness article will also keep you up-to-date on different
approaches to training, tips on nutrition, and general lifestyle, health
and wellness information.
