POWER...QUICKNESS...SPEED...AGILITY

Like the brochure says, it's four things all football players need if they want to get better. Like the brochure also says, it's the sole focus of our camps.

To sign-up, download the enrollment form (pdf format) and fill it out completely. When you are done, you can fax it to us (281-933-0497) or bring it to the fitness center. We'll take care of the rest.

Please note: Payment for Camp(s) must be done no later than Measurement Day to guarantee enrollment.

We currently offer two Football Prep Camps:

  • College Prep: This camp is for the soon-to-be collegiate football player or the one already on "campus." The focus is on skill development and refinement. We typically hold this camp in the Spring and Summer and it lasts six weeks. Each session is 1 hour and 15 minutes. Prior to starting the camp, a "Measurement Day" must be attended. See below for details on the next College Prep camp and Measurement Day.
  • High School Prep: For the sophomore, junior or senior to be. While there are some elements of skill refinement to this camp, the major focus is on skill development - particularly for the sophomores and juniors to be.
